To break down Hoppe’s position of law and how humanity could interact and govern themselves, I can sum it up simply as a small community that’s bound by private property rights and a self-governing contract agreed by all participants. Local communities thrive when they aren’t expanded into an empire, or even a large over-reaching state.
One issue in Hoppe’s realization is the way capital will flow around within this small tight knit community. We all want to exit the dollar, release the chains we are born into, but we are trapped.
